Cameron Hawkins       Martin Deller        Nash The Slash

The group FM was started by Nash the Slash and Cameron Hawkins in 1975.

They were joined by drummer Martin Deller.

Nash the Slash appears on four  FM albums -  the classic album 'Black Noise' from

 1977,  'Con-test' &  'Tonight' from 1985 and  1987, and the live album

'Retro-Active' from 1994.

'Black Noise' spawned the hit record  'Phasors on Stun' which earned a gold disc

in Canada, and was co-written by Nash the  Slash.

Three other albums, not featuring Nash the Slash, were  released between 1979

and 1983, these are  Headroom(Direct  to Disk),Surveillance, and City of  Fear.

As these albums do  not feature Nash the  Slash,  there will not be any further

 details available here.

The live album 'Retro-Active' is an excellent collection of  songs and showcases

these three very different musicians  talents. FM split up for the last tme in 1994.
